How many meals and how much food do we need each day?

The Australian dietary guidelines informs people of different ages, life stages and genders, the minimum amount of serves from each food group they need to eat each day, to ensure that you get the full amount of nutrients the body needs.

Why is breakfast so important to start the day? This is a question that many clients pose to me. So this week I set out to ask a few of my clients and bootcampers why they think breakfast is so important! I am happy to report I have such smart little cookies as clients!!! Yay!!
