I completely understand that everyone doesn’t eat according to their goals 100% of the time. It’s a fact of normal life, whether its because you’ve had a crappy day, your at an event, running short on time, your partner cooked an unhealthy meal or even just because you can not be bothered.
All B vitamins help the body to convert food into fuel, which is then used to produce energy. B vitamins are needed for healthy eyes, liver, skin, hair and nails. They are also important because they help the nervous system to function properly.
We are all aware that salt is in our diets. But are we eating too much salt? Or not enough?
