Bootcamp Fitness: (Duration 1hr)
Built on three fundamentals of training—cardio, strength, and agility. Group Fitness workouts require little more than your body weight to get results. They’re more intense than any fitness class and more fun than traditional gym workouts.
Boxing Classes: (Duration 45mins)
Sports scientists agree that cardio-boxing is one of the best forms of exercise, because it conditions the total body and provides a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems.
Fat Burner Classes: (Duration 45mins)
Fat burner is a freestyle class designed to burn lots of calories and make you sweat, resulting in an endorphin high. This session sets you up for the busy day ahead.
Kettlebell Classes: (Duration 45mins)
Kettlebell’s provide versatility. Unlike traditional weight lifting, training with Kettlebell’s will increase your functional strength, burn fat and improve tone as it incorporates your whole body.
Pilates Fundamental: (Duration 1hr)
This class is designed for participants who have not done Pilates before or for those who want to go back to the basis and learn correct posture and technique.
Pilates fundamental mat classes are structure specifically pelvic floor, breathing, neutral spine and neutral pelvis.
You will also be taken through many exercises that form the basis and work in your body to perform almost all of the exercises in the Pilates repertoire.
Personal Training Sessions (Durations 30min, 45min & 1hr sessions available)

You’ll get to enjoy personalized workouts incorporating the latest exercise techniques and equipment, rather than you focusing on the latest fads you’ve read about that don’t work.
